M Do you own a shop?
No, it is purely IN-STOCK/PRE-ORDER online shopping.

M Can i try the clothes before i buy?
This is an online spree thus no trying.

M Is there anymore discount?
I am sorry but this is the LOWEST price you can get i bet (if i'm not wrong)

M How big is your free size?
Free size as in average size. Due to different shape and sizes, the effect might differ from each individual.

M What are the measurement of the items?
I already stated every information provided for that particular item. So, if it's not there means my supplier don't have it as well.

M How long does it takes to get my item?
Items will be send out as soon as i receive payment. Because the in-stock may be limited, it will be on a first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to those who have made payment first. No booking of slots.

M What about means of payment?
i. Bank Deposit
ii. Internet banking
Please remember to email me payment details so that i can keep a record.

M How can i collect item?
Items will be send out via austpost, you have to pay for the postage (cost depends on items' weight and your location). However, meet up is possible for those who can collect their items around Boxhill/Doncaster/Melbourne city(Sunday 3pm)

M What if the item i bought can't fit it in?
We are not responsible for such cases because all measurement are stated clearly and those that are not are mostly free size means average size. Please do your own judgement.

M Can i refund or exchange the items i ordered?
Our concept is non-refundable or exchangeable.
